1. Empathize

We conducted qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user behaviors, frustrations, needs, and goals. This included surveys, interviews, and user persona creation to uncover deep insights into fashion shopping habits.

2. Define

Using the research data, we identified core pain points and defined a clear problem statement. We then prioritized the most critical user needs and set design goals aligned with user expectations and brand identity.

3. Ideate

Multiple brainstorming sessions were held to explore potential solutions. We sketched out user flows, planned key features, and structured content to meet user needs—focusing on simplicity, discoverability, and convenience.

4. Prototype

An interactive prototype was built using Figma to demonstrate the end-to-end flow—from browsing products to checkout. This helped validate navigation logic and user interactions before moving to final development.

6. Test

Usability testing sessions were conducted with real users to identify friction points and gather feedback. Iterative improvements were made based on their input to enhance clarity, reduce cognitive load, and improve overall flow.

Results and Impact

Enhanced User Experience & Engagement:
By transforming the website from a static platform to a dynamic e-commerce site, we improved navigation, added personalized shopping features, and streamlined the browsing experience. This led to increased user interaction and longer time spent on the site.
